Due to the normal processing sequence, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing at: (email@example.com) and asking for the approval.
If approved, we will issue a refund minus the 6% non refundable Merchant Fee. The non refundable Merchant Fee is a secondary payment provider that we use, and this is their admin service charge. This is not our charge.
Since YES can not afford to lose 6% on every Cancellation Order, this charge is passed on to the customer as a sole responsibility, and it is deducted from the Total Charge.
