Due to the normal processing sequence, you can cancel your order within 8 hours of purchase if approved by emailing at: (email@example.com).
Please Note: Some of the orders are processed faster, depending upon their size, so if we do not hear from you on time, and they are already fulfilled, please understand that there is no way for us to retrieve the orders.
If approved, we will issue a refund minus the 6% non refundable Merchant Fee. The non refundable Merchant Fee is a secondary payment provider that we use, and this is their admin service charge. This is not our charge.
Since YES can not afford to lose 6% on every Cancellation Order, this charge is passed on to the customer as a sole responsibility, and it is deducted from the Total Charge.
