Directions as poultice: Dampen a natural cloth the size that can cover nicely the body part that you need to treat with the Magical Oil. Place on the area of your body needing rejuvenating effect or healing. Wrap with plastic wrap to prevent the oil getting unto your clothing. Wear until the desired effects are reached. Keep adding the additional Oil as needed, to keep your body part absorbing and utilizing the oil for regeneration throughout the day and when needed.
Please note: if using for knee pain/inflammation treatment, it is best to do a poultice and leave it on constantly until the rejuvenation takes full place. The timing can vary, depending on an individual's need. Some people may need 2 -3 weeks, some longer for the knee to fully recover, but the pain should be less and less and more mobility should start to take place with time.
You can wrap it as the directions ask, but you need to keep adding the Oil in order to keep your body part that needs healing constantly absorbing it. After you wrap it up in plastic wrap to cover the cloth on which the Oil is applied it is best to finish off with a knee sleeve over it and at the end in order to keep the poultice in place. Take the entire poultice off when showering, bathing or in sauna, or swimming and make sure that you put it back again and wear 24/7 as many weeks as necessary. This method as helped rejuvenate and reverse many knee injuries and conditions together with nutrition needed, but it needs to be done correctly and with patience necessary for healing to take place.
Directions for pain relief on any body parts: Take as much oil as needed and rub into any area of the surface bodily pain. Keep reapplying when needed.
